Property Service Agency, Inc. welcomes your furry friends. We have adopted the following guidelines for pets:

• Cats
• Must be front declawed
• 1 cat, no extra deposit
• 2+ cats, $200 refundable deposit
• $15 per month, per cat


• Dogs
• Carpet in the chosen unit must be older than 1 year
• Small dog (up to 30 lbs.) $350 refundable deposit
• Large dog (30+ lbs.) $450 refundable deposit
• Puppy (less than 9 months old) $600 refundable deposit
• 2+ dogs, please see your leasing agent
• $35 per month, per dog
• Resident will be responsible for replacing carpet if any dog odor remains
• Dog(s) must not pose a threat to anyone


• Small Continuously Caged Pets

Other than Cats or Dogs
• No deposit, no monthly charge
• Resident will be responsible for replacing carpet if any odors remain
• Pet(s) must not pose a threat to anyone


• Any Other Pets
• Please see your leasing agent
• Pet(s) must not pose a threat to anyone
