Property Service Agency, Inc. has 24-hour emergency staff standing by to resolve
emergency requests. However, if your maintenance request is not an emergency, it
can be submitted via telephone, fax, email, or written and deposited in your maintenance
drop box. Your maintenance drop box may be the same as your rent drop box.
One of the most convenient ways to submit a non-emergency maintenance
request is through email. Email provides a written record of your
maintenance need, and will assure that your property manager receives it
immediately. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your non-emergency
maintenance request by using the link below.
Non-Emergency Maintenance
- Call (515) 233-1922 M-F 9am - 5pm; or
- Send letter to PO Box 5 Ames, Iowa 50010.
Be sure to include your name, address, your contact phone number with a good time to call,
and a thorough description of what you would like repaired. After a maintenance request is
received, please be aware that Property Service Agency staff, or its subcontractors, will
will be entering your premises at a reasonable hour to complete the request.
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
Emergency Maintenance must be contacted for any problem that places
you, your property, or the premises in immediate danger.
Please do not use Emergency Maintenance for any problem which
could reasonably wait until the next business day.
